Acupressure points for Sleep

If sleep is an issue for you then this 3-minute read by Alexander Marse could be extremely helpful.

Diet — exercise timing — sleep environment and temperature are all considered.

Then 3 acupressure points for sleep are explained.

  • Anmien — 1 inch behind the ear lobe — helping you fall asleep

  • Heart 7 — palm side of the wrist crease — good for stress

  • Yintang —directly between the eyebrows — calming the mind

Applying pressure in a circular motion for a few minutes at a time is said to be helpful. Worth a try to see if they can help — easily implemented and at no cost.
