At one with nature…




A garden — a pair of gloves — scissors — overgrown ferns, weeds, and edges. Fallen leaves — colour — the tweeting of birds. The softness of earth beneath my aching body and frazzled mind.


A ten-minute brain detox. Calm and quiet. Senses raging. Happy chemicals enter the body — releasing tension.


Ready to retreat back to the house. Job done!


It’s amazing what a difference you can make in just a few minutes.


Starting slow and building up. Keeping it manageable and balanced.
