Amanda Heslinga started Rocks with Sass during a flare-up of her Crohn's disease. Creating unique pieces of crystal jewellery helped keep her mind busy but also allowed her body the time it needed to rest and recover.
Initially, Heslinga set up a small shop on Etsy. Since then she has created a highly successful business selling anything and everything crystal-themed: specimens, jewellery, self-care, candles, card decks, books and more.
