Her Spirit community helps women get active



Challenges, virtual coaching groups and live classes are just a few of the options offered by the Her Spirit app. Many features are accessible through the downloadable phone/tablet app.

Membership starts last £49.99 rising to £89.99 depending on what options you want to take up. A variety of on-demand sessions — challenges with rewards which currently offer 10 options — structured coaching — playback all live classes whenever you want.
