The BlueHealth programme led by the University of Exeter, is dedicated to better understanding the link between water and human health and is uncovering the extraordinary role that blue space can play in human wellbeing.
Whilst celebrities are even using an unusual therapy called deprivation float. A process which involves lying in a dark, soundproof tank that is filled with a foot or less of salt water. Its purpose is to help relieve stress and ease muscle tension and pain. It can also help improve your mood.
