A free app that tracks your menstrual cycle through four phases. To impact health and well-being hormone research and tailoring nutrition and exercise. In addition to Insights into external factors such as COVID, bone health and mood changes. You don’t need to be female to download this one!


If you have a Long Term Health Condition (LTHC) your menstrual cycle could be having an impact on your condition. This easy-to-use app will help you monitor this. Track alongside your chronic symptoms.


FITR Women splits our cycles into four phases based on an average period and cycle length, with phase one being the last day of your period.


For each phase hormone levels are explained. Looking at oestrogen (controls the reproductive system), progesterone (helps regulate cycles) and their effects on the body.


This then leads to the types of exercise activities that are good for you. Before progressing on to nutritional guidance, to keep us well. Allowing body and mind to recover, and move forward.


Each phase has a blog or description linked to it. So you can research what is relevant to you. Simple to use. Track flow levels and up to 20 emotions and physical symptoms. Complete daily instead of just managing your dates and actual period.
