This series of short blogs aims to guide you through some of the strategies that we have 'invented'. Often our psychologist or care worker will give us some advice and we run away with it or we adapt it to help it fit us specifically. Others we tumble across by mistake and many are very random but do actually work! I hope these will help and support you with your coping strategies. They can work for mental health, health and well being and physical health so you can fit all of those 3 elements in.
But remember these are just OUR ideas and experiences - read them and laugh, read and try, read and adapt! It's all up to you.
